Yup a '22 SEL. It's possible that the TSB doesn't affect '23 models. I got the T9Q update earlier this year that enabled pre-conditioning, however I got the slow eco mode. A couple weeks ago the fix 039 that was supposed to do the auto parking brake and I think it's supposed to fix the eco mode as well.
